Transfer fast with vertical table axis

Fast TRV is the last Porta creation and represents a real marvel. Actually, it is the result of many years of experience and research.

Many accessories are available and they are intended to simplify machining use to meet particular production requirements.

Quickness and reliability

Main reason for our pride is the perfect union reached between quickness and the exceptional reliability of the part loading device which makes the TRV Fast a very competitive machine. These characteristics found mainly in the table with 0,16” rotation time, still keeping a HIRTH tooth table locking system, which brings precision. The machining units are designed to fully exploit not only speed but acceleration. A difference that gains all its value in reduced space and stroke.

Part load/unload

From studies on transfer machine performance carried out in co-operation with our customers have shown that, independent of the manufacturer, the weak link of the production chain is the part loading system. The load/unload can cause long machine down time that affect the total transfer performance.

For this reason we have designed a part load/unload device for fast TRV series, with automatic feeding and CN control – replacing the classical pneumatic movements – with appropriate acceleration/deceleration ramps.
Thanks to this intervention, we can remove all machine stops due to maintenance reasons of the pneumatic loaders (pipe maintenance for air flow, valve adjustment, decelerator and end of stroke regulations), guaranteeing a better reliability. The set-up is effected exclusively through software. The only necessary interventions are the clamp replacement that is effected, in any case, through a very quick replacing system.
