Rotary tables
The rotary tables are also designed by PORTA solutions. This allows us to anticipate the market evolution and the customer requirements. PORTA solutions was the first company in this field to use brushless motors for the rotation and the lock/unlock actuation of the table (system patented by PORTA).
Today we offer tables with a rotary speed as low as 0,16”, with dimensions till 2.300 mm of diameter, equipped with chucks or rotary tables with clamps in continuous movement, CN controlled, which enable a better flexibility in comparison to the traditional transfer machines, with the possibility of producing different parts belonging to the same family.
