TRV Transfer – Transfer with vertical table axis

The models of TRV series belong to the family of vertical-axis transfer machines, suitable for productions of parts with multiple operations.

The layout lends itself to configurations up to 15 stations with 36/38 machining units, while still maintaining ease of access for the operator.

The table rotation of diameter up to 2,300 mm is CN controlled.

Combined with a particular system of hydraulic lifting and balancing, thanks to this transfer system we can guarantee rotation lock/unlock operations in only 0,94”. A real record for a table of such dimension.

TRV enables high freedom in the choice of chucks or rotary jaws, linear or angular adjustable heads, tool change and other accessories.
